Our standard HDPE sheet thicknesses include 0.250" (6.35 mm), 0.375" (9.53 mm), and 0.500" (12.70 mm). If your project requires a different thickness or material grade, contact our team for availability and a custom quotation.

We offer secondary machining operations such as thread tapping and countersinking. Thread sizes, hole dimensions, and countersink angles are specified in your engineering drawings to simplify assembly.

We accept most standard CAD and technical drawing formats, including STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF. Providing a 3D model together with a drawing helps us review dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements more efficiently.

Standard HDPE parts can be machined to ±0.005 in (±0.127 mm), depending on the part geometry, material thickness, feature size, and overall dimensions. If your design includes critical features or tighter tolerances, let us know during the quotation stage so we can review the requirements.
